Our Mission
At Focusing Families, we are dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through education, prevention, and intervention efforts. Our purpose is to eliminate family violence, sexual assault, and the many crises that affect our communities across Waller, Austin, Washington, Grimes, and NW Harris counties. We are a non-profit crisis center offering hope, support, and safety to survivors. Since our founding in 2000, we’ve worked to build environments where people in crisis feel heard, protected, and empowered to reclaim their lives.
